Eyitayo Ajisafe is an Associate in the Energy and Natural Resources Department at Tope Adebayo LP. She advises clients across the energy sector, including Oil and Gas, Power and Mining, on high-stakes transactions, regulatory and project-related matters.

She has advised indigenous and international energy companies, operators, service providers and regulatory authorities on a broad range of complex commercial and regulatory matters. Her experience also includes advising on environmental and licensing requirements, asset acquisitions and management, as well as the legal aspects of clients’ day-to-day business operations.

Eyitayo supports clients on multi-million-dollar energy infrastructure projects and transactions. She provides legal and regulatory guidance across the full project lifecycle, from structuring and development through implementation, operations and management.
