As a certified insolvency practitioner, she advises on receivership, liquidation, administration, creditors’ voluntary arrangements (CVA), and netting. Additionally, she provides seamless counsel on succession planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer, ensuring her clients’ long-term and transgenerational financial security.
