Mosun is the firm’s Managing Partner, and she heads the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Practice Group.

An accomplished and innovative transactions attorney with a talent for identifying innovative legal products. Aside from overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations, she provides corporate transactional support to both domestic and foreign firms. She is enthusiastic about the Nigerian tech ecosystem and continues to provide legal counsel to startups in this space.

She is a registered Capital Markets consultant with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a registered member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN). 

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Bar Association (IBA), and – Intellectual Property Law Association of Nigeria (IPLAN).
