Abdulrasaq Ariwoola is a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Associate in the firm’s Finance and Project Department. He has a keen interest in the evolving intersection of law and finance, with a particular focus on debt financing, capital markets, corporate restructuring, regulation of capital markets and emerging financial technologies.

Abdulrasaq is a problem solver committed to offering legal solutions which meet and match client’s needs and ensures client satisfaction. As an Associate in the Firm, he routinely assists in assessing legal implications in transactions, while also advising on corporate governance structure, regulatory compliance, and policy implications. His strategic thinking and problem-solving skills make him a key asset in proffering viable solutions to complex legal and business challenges.

He graduated with a law degree from the prestigious University of Lagos, and further honed his skills at the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus, during the 2023/2024 session. Passionate about leadership, he has held various leadership positions across these institutions, and in notable student-led non-governmental organizations.
