Aramide Oladimeji is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial and Technology Practice Group, where he advises on matters relating to Corporate Law, Investment and Securities Law, Data Privacy, Intellectual Property, and AI Governance.

Prior to his engagement with Tope Adebayo LP, he served in the Business Advisory Unit of a finance-focused law firm in Lagos, where transaction mandates included facilitating investment readiness for startups (FinTech), corporate restructuring, and capital raising through debt and equity instruments. He also worked as a Junior Analyst with a Germany-based AI-driven compliance platform, where he conducted GDPR-standard data protection due diligence on behalf of an international clientele to inform acquisition strategy.

A Certified Data Protection Officer, Aramide’s client-oriented approach to transactional advisory enables him to deliver proactive support to limit clients’ risk exposure while identifying opportunities aligned with client objectives.
